These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClarioFlow platform (the “Platform”), developed and maintained by Clario Labs. By logging in and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is an internal tool provided for authorized employees and representatives of ClarioFlow. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with your assigned role and permissions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized access or security concern.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access data beyond your permissions, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or using it in violation of applicable laws or company policy.
All lead, customer, and business data entered into the Platform remains the property of ClarioFlow. You must handle such data responsibly and in compliance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
The Platform, including its design, code, and underlying software, is the intellectual property of Clario Labs and is provided to ClarioFlow under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without authorization.
We strive to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clario Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
