This Privacy Policy explains how the ClarioFlow platform (the “Platform”), developed and maintained by Clario Labs, collects, uses, and protects information. The Platform is an internal tool intended solely for authorized employees and representatives of ClarioFlow.
We collect information necessary to operate the CRM, including account details (name, email, role), lead and customer records you create or manage, follow-up notes, activity logs, and standard technical data such as access timestamps.
Information is used to provide core CRM functionality — managing leads, assigning tasks, tracking the sales pipeline, generating reports, and sending operational notifications such as daily summaries. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authenticated users based on their assigned role. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
